OUR STORY

Historic Downtown Stayton began in 2016 as Friends of Old Town Stayton (FOTS), became Revitalize Downtown Stayton in 2018, and transitioned to Historic Downtown Stayton Association (HDSA) in 2026.

Through grants, partnerships, and volunteer leadership, the organization has improved downtown with bike racks, dog stations, benches, a parklet, and historic plaques.

Downtown is activated through events including the Farmers Market, Walk of Hearts, summer concerts, Halloween, and Holiday Festival.

OUR DISTRICT

Our work and grant programs are focused within a defined downtown boundary established through the Oregon Main Street program.

Properties and businesses located within this district may be eligible for improvement grants and support programs.
