Investing in Downtown Stayton’s 400 block of historic buildings through strategic reinvestment and local partnerships.

This project supports the preservation and revitalization of downtown storefronts by funding exterior building improvements. Property owners are partnering with Historic Downtown Stayton Association and Oregon Main Street to enhance historic character, improve business visibility, and strengthen the overall streetscape.

Work will include façade restoration, paint, signage, window improvements, new awnings, and interior and exterior repairs in alignment with downtown design standards and the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).
